Choices

I made a choice, it was something i had really been contemplating for sometime and in the end I decided to go with the choice that was most exciting to me. I made a choice that i feel would bring the most to my students and the world. I talked it out with my loved ones. I wanted to be sure of what direction we were going. I wanted to be clear and focus on what matters. I found a great solution that allows me to still honor my Master and still keep all the things i admire about different martial arts.

Let me just say, I believe that Taekwondo is a wonderful gateway martial art. I love the structure and the culture. The forms are beautiful and i am so grateful to my Grandmaster Rondy, Master Wright and the many others we have trained with and along side at White Tiger in Cary, NC since 2013. I am grateful for all they have bestowed upon us and entrusted us with. I will always be very proud of all my children and I accomplished, and all they helped us to achieve. I have nothing but Love and gratitude for White Tiger.

I have decided to incorporate much of the structure and best parts of what I learned at White Tiger for Taekwondo and all the other martial arts in the Lady Tigers Self Defense MMA Program. The program has so much packed into it, I want to continue on the wonderfully fun blended mix of martial arts to teach ladies to gain confidence, gain self esteem, gain victory over fear using the adrenal stress response training with the assistance of the REDMAN. I am going to pour into this program all the best parts of what we learned and make it the most effective and beautiful form of self defense that will be easy to learn and effective to practice. This is where Taekwondo will be for me.

I had really considered many options with Way of the Tiger but after much consideration i believe that i have found the path I want to take my students and my own personal training.

Lady Tigers will always be a focus for me and helping people is what I know God has called me to do in this world. To Bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a hurting world in any way I can. This is something I feel very passionate about. Martial Arts has brought me so much. I am so grateful for the Arts and for what Christ has done for me! While Jesus will always be everything to me, I have so much love for the martial arts. I will hand this love and passion down to any and all who seek to learn.

While I may introduce other art forms in the future for now The Lady Tigers program will encapsulate my White Tiger experience with a bit of my own flare for the most effective way to defend one self. I have many exciting things coming down the line. Get ready world!
